Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized NFC tags and items that have been programmed, activated, or used.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging — and you must provide proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
